I have walked through dark confusion.

I have walked through destruction.

I have seen many splendid wonders of which the mind can create. Yet it was not the mind alone that created such splendor.

I have as physical form suffered as only a human can comprehend. I know such anguish only known when one is confined in a mental matrix of restrictions and painful mental torture!

Let it be known,from a seasoned soul,the mental body becomes a separate entity completely when used independently from the rest of the whole. And is then prone to attack the whole through fear. You speak of the ego yet this experience has many,and has had many descriptions and names through the ages.

Do not identify with the mental body alone,for this will leave you lost on your path and in deep confusion and pain. Learn as I once did,to embrace the ego. Bring it into the fold of the whole, open up your loving arms of pure Divine creation in physical manifestation.
